Jo Downs Handmade Glass is the UK's leading producer of fused glass pieces. I helped to launch Jo's career fifteen years ago - including acquiring and project managing her first major commission for a cruise liner. I've now become involved again to help systemise the business and sales processes and to greatly enhance the company's web presence in preparation for a new phase of growth.

The Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group is the UK's leading independent and dedicated provider of environmental and conservation advice to farmers.

I led the team that created a complete, integrated, web-based system for FWAG serving head office and over forty local offices, including contact management, membership management, client management and advanced content management for the website.

I remain involved on a consultative basis enhancing the system and supporting the cultural change process to get full value from it.

Present Sense is a value-led start-up dedicated to encouraging sustainable gift giving.

ABK Music Solutions

ABK Music Solutions is an agency incorporating the Bath, Southampton and Cardiff String Quartets led by Michelle Falcon, a classical musician herself. They have a wide range of musicians available to hire, from jazz bands and guitar duos to harpists and singers.

I worked with Michelle to systemise her sales, customer relationship management and musician booking processes.
